Death attestations issued by funeral homes are not accepted.

Both options include official will searches through the Chambre des notaires du Québec and the Barreau du Québec.
Processing times begin once your application is complete and all required documents have been received.
* Expedited processing: Priority processing is initiated within 3 business days. This timeframe does not guarantee that both certificates will be received within that period.
