If you plan to move or be outside the country within 4 months of your request, you must notify us in advance by email at info@docugo.ca. Reshipment fees will apply in the event of a return or redelivery of documents.
All shipments are sent by courier with mandatory signature upon delivery. In case of absence, it is your responsibility to retrieve your documents at the carrier's drop-off point within the timeframe indicated on the notice left at your address.
